We LOVE those questions because it gives us the opportunity to inform you, and in our experience, an informed customer is a happy customer. SAVINGS: Most of our initial consultations don’t go very long without discussions about price. While we work very hard to keep our prices sharp, our goal is not necessarily to be the lowest price, but we do strive to be the best value. On average, our customers save between 10% and 30% versus conventional site building. What you don’t save in hard dollars, you’ll certainly save in time. And if you’re comparing us to other modular builders, you’ll find our pricing hard to beat and the customer service is priceless.

GENERAL CONTRACTING: Bayshore Homes offers the convenience of handling each and every facet of your project — from concept and design to the construction of your foundation and land improvements. Some modular builders want to build the JUST house and expect YOU to handle everything else, while other builders insist that you use them for everything and will penalize you if you don’t. At Bayshore, we’ll do as much, or as little, as you wish – we’ll gladly act as your General Contract for the entire project or you can use contractors of your own choosing.
